The first part of the form contains information requested by the institutions we will visit in Brussels. Please note we will submit this data to the officers organising our visits there and that this information is mandatory in order to receive the visiting badge.

The second part gathers information that is requested by the conference venue, some for organising your accommodation and meals, and some for statistical purposes. This information is shared with the hosts at the venue as a group statistic, not on a nominal basis.

The third part is collected by us, the organisers, to make sure you have a pleasant stay with us.
This information is known primarily by the Conference Managers, and, where appropriate, could be shared with your committee chairs or other BEF staff members.
