Thank you for participating in the VEF2021 Postcard exchange.
Part 1: Provide your details
Please fill out your contact details below by Monday, 29 March at 09:00 CET. This means you agree to enter the activity, and as such:
- to send out a postcard to a VEF participant as assigned to you by the organiser
- to provide your address where you would receive a postcard from another VEF participant
Part 2: Get assigned a postcard buddy
An automated tool will be used by the organiser to assign you your postcard buddy. To protect your data, only your first name will be used in the automated tool. You will be contacted by the organiser via Workplace on Monday, 29 March, who will communicate to you the name and address of your postcard buddy.
Let’s make it fun: do not inform your postcard buddy that it is you that will send them the card. Let it be a surprise 🙂
Part 3: Send a postcard to your postcard buddy
Once you were assigned a postcard buddy, please chose and mail them a postcard representative of your area of residence or of your memories together, no later than 15 April 2021.
